Michael and Anthony Sansone, grandsons of Anthony Civella one of the Kansas City mafia bosses, are following their family steeps and have recognized to operate an illegal sport betting business. The brothers admitted their crime in court last Friday.

The Sansones youngsters have inherit the family tradition of running illegal betting operations, but they have moved forward with the times introducing internet and new technologies to profit from their unlawful activities. The illegal online betting company used a free telephone and a website, both based in Costa Rica, to take on illegal bets on sporting events.

The Sansone brothers among some other suspects were investigated for over a year by the FBI before they were arrested. On its time, Anthony “Tony Ripe” Civella, was also investigated by federal police as he was also linked to illegal sport betting.
